The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Regulation of Licensing Procedures" as a Basis

In compliance with the Law "On Licensing System in the Field of Economic Activity", the Bill (Reg. No.3005) introduces amendments to the Laws "On Fire Safety", "On Labour Protection", "On Provision of Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being of the Population", which simplify licensing procedures in the scope of competence of the said Laws.
